Buyut Aljiwar

About

Buyut Aljiwar is a new developer for Dubai new generation of expats. Its name comes from the Arabic word «neighbourhood», and the brand centers on belonging and connection between people.

This is why the identity is built around a modular system of interconnected elements, reflecting the idea of proximity and collective living. It scales across print, digital, and environmental formats, letting the brand grow alongside the project. The latin lettering echoes the rhythm and proportions of Arabic script, which feels locally grounded without relying on direct stylistic imitation.
